We seek for highly motivated veterinarians to join our group of orangutan warriors
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BOS Foundation veterinarians will have first hand experience on working in the field of orangutan medicine and conservation.
- The range of tasks include attending to individual medical cases, performing diagnostic tests and executing treatment plans.
- Vets will also be exposed to population health management, minor surgeries, rescue and confiscation of displaces orangutans and regular visits to our beautiful release sites.
- You will be working with our experienced vet team and report to the vet coordinator.
- Prime physical condition and passion to work outdoors is a must.
- There are opportunities for relevant continuing professional development in this unique field of veterinary medicine.
- This position is available to new graduates or experienced vets of Indonesian nationality.
