(EARLY CHILDHOOD) EDUCATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
1 year contract, renewable
Overall Responsibility
The (Early Childhood) Education Program Coordinator will be responsible on the design, implementation and reporting of early child education programs in all Yayasan Balita Sehat/FMCH working are. He/she will work with other education team member and stake holders to determine needs, develop desirable goals, implement the education program, and monitor the effectiveness of the program. He/she will report to YBS Program Manager.

He/she will work with other education team member and stake holders to determine needs, develop desirable goals, implement the education program, and monitor the effectiveness of the program. He/she will report to YBS Program Manager.
Job Duties and Tasks:
- Determining children needs in learning
- Developing indicators and goals for meeting needs
- Proposing programs and budget planned to Program Manager
- Delivering agreed programs
- Managing the work of teachers (and help if needed)
- Supervise the work of early learning center and mobile library
- Monthly reporting the activities and finance to Indonesia Program Manager
- Yearly reporting to show the progress and achievement of the education program
- Consulting with Program Manager and/or Program Supervisor in any case of difficulties
- Responding to feedback and queries from either Program Supervisor or Program Manager
- Resource person for capacity building for the teachers, or the community in early education program
- Develop the education program to be recognized by wider communities and government (including taking care of the permits, relationship with relevant institution, etc)
Requirement:
- Holds min S1 (preferred in education or early childhood education)
- Good in Project Management
- Possesses min 2 years work experience in education program (preferred early childhood education)
- Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
- Good in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Good communicators
- Excellent analytical skill
- Good conceptual skill.
- Good administrative skill.
Salary range: 2-3 million rupiahs/month plus health insurance, negotiable
