WWF Indonesia Vacancy : Cashier and Admin Staff for Sunda Banda Seascape (SBS) - Denpasar
We are the largest nature conservation NGO in Indonesia,
which has started its activity since 1962. Currently, we have 28 offices, from
Aceh to Papua and has a total of more than 400 staff. Since 2006, our
organization supported by more than 54,000 supporters from all over the
archipelago.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified,
experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Cashier and Admin Staff for Sunda Banda Seascape (SBS)
which will be based in Denpasar
and report to Finance
Regional Coordinator for SBS, this position is responsible to Provide financial administrative support (such
as but not limited to recording petty cash and bank,
checking financial accountability
of staff documents), personnel
administration, and other office
administration (such as but not limited to the activities
of the front office, meeting
records, support the
implementation of activities) in the
office Sunda Banda Seascape, and ensure
that all relevant provisions of the
needs and responsibilities
are met effectively and efficiently within
the prescribed period and in accordance with policies
and procedures that apply in
WWF Indonesia in
support of the organization's operational.
Requirements
for This Position are:
Female 20-40 Years, Hindu and Resides in Bali
Min
Diploma3 majoring in Economy/Office Administration/ Management
Min. 2-4 years
work experience handling complex
administration projects
