Research & Development Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the product research and development opportunities;
- Lead the development of social impact assessment and management plan;
- Design and conduct surveys to support the research findings;
- Oversee the process of setting-up and implement the pilot project of new product range;
- Work in collaboration with the Operations team to deliver better product and services of Amartha;
- Monitor social impacts through social data monitoring and seeking community feedback.
Qualifications
- Female or Male up to 35 years old;
- At least 3 years’ experience in research and development area;
- Minimum education is S1;
- Good organisational and leadership skills;
- Good integrity, honest, conscientious, discipline, and hardworking;
- Thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment;
- Experienced in Grameen or microfinance is a plus.
