Social Impact & Innovation Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create social impact assessment and management plan, including community impact management;
- Identify community concerns and needs, social impacts of our operations and social risks to our operations;
- Identify and manage Amartha’s social performance;
- Identify, develop, and improve community engagement and social involvement strategiesl
- Manage relationships and communications to the community.
- Female up to 28 years old;
- Fresh-graduates from top-tier university in Indonesia or International graduates with GPA>3.00;
- Has high social awareness and commit with Amartha’s objectives in improving the welfare of low-income households through microfinance;
- Possess good integrity, honest, conscientious, discipline, detail-oriented, fast-learner and hardworking;
- Willing to travel between branch offices in Amartha.
