highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Compensation
and Benefits Officer based in Jakarta. The position holder will
be responsible to Identify the support needed by WWF-Indonesia through management
methods, tools and standards documents; providing
advice and policy development related to compensation and benefits for all staff of WWF-Indonesia trough effective and efficient method which in line with staffing
processes and procedures that have been established; provide operational support to the organization and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements for this position:
- Master Degree from related major
- Over 3 year experience in dealing with the issues of compensation and benefits
- Having technical competencies in:
o Remuneration System
o Payroll Management
o Verification
o Employment Regulations & Legal
o Filing & Documentation
o Human Resource Management
o Compensation Management
o Pajak Penghasilan (Brevet A &
B)
