BACKGROUND
Jaringan Kesejahteraan / Kesehatan Masyarakat (JKM), or Networking for Community Welfare & Health, is a local NGO headquartered in Medan, Indonesia that deals primarily with community health projects throughout the province of North Sumatra. It was established in 2001 by a group of doctors and health practitioners in Medan.
In 2012, USAID provide financial support to JKM amounting to IDR 33.5 billion for a period of five years to implement Community Empowerment of People against Tuberculosis (CEPAT). The project aims to train community volunteers for advocacy and social mobilization and to mobilize and empower the community to prevent, detect, and treat TB, MDR-TB, and TB-HIV in 14 districts spread over three provinces including DKI Jakarta, North Sumatera and West Sumatera Province. The project objective will be achieved through increased community mobilization to prevent, detect, and treat TB, MDR-TB, and TB-HIV in vulnerable populations and increase advocacy for strengthening TB program.
JKM is looking for experienced people who have passion and base in MEDAN to fill the following positions:

A. Finance &Accounting Manager, with the following qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Good knowledge of Financial Management principles and Accounting
3. Have the ability to make Financial Report
4. Good knowledge of Taxation and its report
5. Have the ability to work fast and accurate
6. Have the ability to coordinate and work in team
7. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
9. Computer Literate
B. Finance and Admin Asst., with the following qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance
2. Good knowledge of Financial Management principles
3. Have the ability to make Financial Report
4. Carry out cashier and banking duties, ensuring staff receive advances for expenses, that adequate supporting documents are filed for all expenses and transactions.
5. Have the ability to work fast and accurate
6. Have the ability to coordinate and work in team
7. Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
9. Computer Literate
We would like you to have:
- 5 years of directly relevant experience
- Strong accounting skills including the use of Accurate or a similar accounting software
- Knowledge of the bureaucracy involved in running a Yayasan.
- Good skills on Microsoft Excel and Word
- A lot of autonomy and sense of responsibility, and dedication to supporting the growth of an exciting program!
