The Program
AIPHSS
Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia and
the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health
financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in
order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS
Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the
Ministry of Health (MoH) at National level and through
Provincial/District Health Offices at sub national level.
The Positions
1.
Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer (1 position)
Supports Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation
Specialist in identifying outputs and indicators of programs under
overseas loan and grants (Pinjaman dan Hibah Luar Negeri – PHLN) and
connectedness with outputs and indicators Strategic Plan,
which includes ensuring the availability of comprehensive reports and
regular PHLN programs, and monitor the smooth implementation of programs
of both substance and managerial PHLN
2.
Project Management Officer (1 position)
Support the Project Management Specialist PHLN in
ensuring that all programs have been implemented in accordance with the
applicable regulations in Indonesia, as well as facilitate the
resolution of issues related to project management, and
conduct regular monitoring on the implementation of the management of
project activities.
3.
Administration Officer (2 positions – 1 HSS Secretariat & 1 Talent Pool)
Assisting Coordination Unit Health Systems
Secretariat in financial administration and overall secretariat
activities, including the prepare and submit financial report (SPJ) for
any activities that have been carried out to the relevant unit
in accordance with agreed procedures, and agendas correspondence
related to the implementation of activities
The Person
To
be considered for this role you should demonstrated and experience in
health systems strengthening program, and conducting M&E as well as
research in health policy. She/he
should experience in developing and coordinating data collection, processing and analysis of M&E systems as well as
monitoring program implementation using qualitative and quantitative approaches. She/he must be
experience using data analysis packages such as STATA, SPSS and database management systems, preferably Access and Excel.
