RTI International Vacant Position Temporary Communication Assistant, Jakarta

The USAID project Prioritazing Reform, Innovation and Opportunities for Reaching Indonesia’s Teachers, Administrators, and Students (PRIORITAS) is focusing on capacity building and quality improvements for teacher training institutions (TTI) and for non-academic, pre-service teacher training providers. PRIORITAS is building the capacity of schools and MoEC, MORA national, provincial and district offices together with pre- and in-service teacher training organizations to coordinate, plan and train.

Temporary Communication Assistant
This position will be based in Jakarta
The objectives of the assignment as follows:
USAID PRIORITAS requires a Temporary Staff to assist the Advocacy and Communications Specialist in Jakarta in producing project video. Together with the Communications Team, the Communications Assistant will be responsible for the production of PRIORITAS communications materials/outreach, primarily video and conceptualize the project’s visual communication design. All strategies and products will comply with the guidelines set by USAID and the PRIORITAS Jakarta Advocacy and Communications Specialist.
The Temporary Communication Assistant's responsibilities will include:
1.    Layout, design training modules, newsletter, fact sheet, good practices book, and reports using Corel Draw and ensure the end products are aligned with USAID branding regulations. 
2.    Conceptualize, develop script, shoot and edit USAID PRIORITAS video required by the project using Adobe Premiere Software. Consultation for the initial project video production should be done with the provincial communications/program specialists relevant to requested video.
 
Qualifications:
         Has a background experience in producing Indonesia education-related video.
         Create brochures, fact sheets, frequently asked questions brief, briefing books, success stories, case studies, best practices and talking points for presentations
         Have worked with Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Adobe Premiere and other visual communication design softwares.
         Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well.
