Background:
The Australia Indonesia Partnership for Promoting Rural Income through Support for Markets in Agriculture (AIP-PRISMA) is an ambitious new rural development program which aims to contribute to a 30%, or more, increase in net incomes for 1,000,000 poor rural female and male farmers, 300,000 of which will be reached by June 2017.

AIP-PRISMA will
focus on Eastern Indonesia (EJ, NTB, NTT, Papua and West Papua).
To
enable effective and efficient implementation of the program, PRISMA
will establish an IT-based Management Information System (MIS) that provides a platform for managing core business processes in:
a) Corporate Functions (CF), covering finance, accounting, procurement, administration, HR and payroll.
b) Program Management and Monitoring Functions (PMF), covering management of activities, schedule, and resources, data collection and analysis, documentation of key activities and decision making, performance monitoring, reporting for AIP PRISMA Sector activities.
The
implementation of CF will use ERP software, Microsoft Dynamic GP, while
PMF will be developed using Microsoft tools, database and technology,
SharePoint and Visual Studio. The implementation of ERP will be
performed by ERP vendor that has expertise in ERP implementation. The
development of PMF in the other hand will be led by AIP-PRISMA MIS
Manager, using template of PMF documentations in AIP-PRISMA MIS Need
Assessment.
Objective and expected output
The
objective of this assignment is to build integration modules between CF
(Microsoft Dynamic Great Plain) and PMF (SharePoints) design, using
Microsoft-based database, tools, and technology, i.e. Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft SQL-Server database, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Microsoft
SharePoint.
The following outputs are expected:
- CF-PMF Integration modules
- CF technical documentation
- Other development assignment as required.
He/she
will work under supervision of ERP Functional, Technical, and
Integration Lead that. The technical specification of integration module
will be developed by supervisor of this position.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential skills and experience:
- MIS/IT Professionals with relevant educational background, having minimum 2 years of application development in Microsoft environment.
- Experienced in developing application using .Net framework, using Visual Studio (VB, C#).
- Proven skills in database programming using SQL language (stored procedure, etc.), in SQL Server or other SQL-based database.
- Having database programming skills, advance query skills using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Advanced Microsoft excel users and has experienced in Excel macro programming, using Power Query, and Power Pivot is an advantage.
- Has at least involvement in two full cycle of small to medium- size (6 months duration, team of 5 or more or equivalent) web-based application development project.
- Fast and self-learner, can work independently with minimum supervision
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint environment.
- Has any experience/projects with international development organization
- Experience in programming and reporting using open source tools and framework such as PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
