Vacancy RT International - 2 Positions, KSI Project, Jakarta

The Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) is a joint program between the Australian Government (Department of Foreign Affair and Trade - DFAT) and Bappenas (The National Planning Agency) to improve the quality of public policies in Indonesia through the use of research, analysis and evidence.  The program, projected to be 15 years in duration, began implementation in May 2013.

RTI International as the managing contractor for the Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) is in search of highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following senior positions based in Jakarta:
  • PROGRAM LEAD – KNOWLEDGE PRODUCTION AND INTERMEDIATION (1 position)
  • PROGRAM LEAD – ENABLING ENVIRONMENT (1 position)
Your core accountabilities will be to review and refine related program strategies, and lead and execute existing and future program activities. You will be an experienced manager and will be responsible for leading and managing a program team.  You will also be expected to build and manage robust relationships with stakeholders and be responsible for preparing and contributing to high quality and timely program performance reporting.   These senior management positions will report directly to the Team Leader.
