VACANCY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AT GOETHE-INSTITUT INDONESIA

START DATE: MARCH / APRIL 2015

The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation. In addition, we convey a comprehensive picture of Germany by providing information on Germany’s cultural, social and political life.

The Goethe-Institut Indonesia is seeking to recruit an administrative staff starting in March or April 2015.

The duties of the administrative staff will include the following areas:

• Authorization processes for residence and working permits for foreign employees and guests of Goethe-Institut.
• Cooperation with administrative bodies / networking contact person for the authorities in all issues regarding foreign employees
• Authorization process (Kitas/Dinas) for residence and working permits (first application/extension)
• Application for visa for artists, advisors, interns

General administrative work

• Administration of business trips and vacations
• Controlling of travel expense accountings
• Handling of shipping/logistics
• Processing of central services
• Supervision and organization of stationary

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who meets the following requirements:

• Native language Indonesian
• Education in Business Administration
• Relevant work experience
• Knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
• Good IT-knowledge (MS Office)
• Autonomy, willingness to learn and self-initiative
• Ability to work in a team and social skills
