VACANCY ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF AT GOETHE-INSTITUT INDONESIA

The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation. In addition, we convey a comprehensive picture of Germany by providing information on Germany’s cultural, social and political life.
The Goethe-Institut Indonesia is seeking to recruit an administrative staff starting in March or April 2015.
The duties of the administrative staff will include the following areas:
- Authorization processes for residence and working permits for foreign employees and guests of Goethe-Institut.
- Cooperation with administrative bodies / networking contact person for the authorities in all issues regarding foreign employees
- Authorization process (Kitas/Dinas) for residence and working permits (first application/extension)
- Application for visa for artists, advisors, interns
General administrative work
- Administration of business trips and vacations
- Controlling of travel expense accountings
- Handling of shipping/logistics
- Processing of central services
- Supervision and organization of stationary
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who meets the following requirements:
- Native language Indonesian
- Education in Business Administration
- Relevant work experience
- Knowledge of German and English in speech and writing
- Good IT-knowledge (MS Office)
- Autonomy, willingness to learn and self-initiative
- Ability to work in a team and social skills
