We are looking
for an enthusiastic, mature, multitasking and driven OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (based
in Medan)
We are looking for that experienced manager with a
CAN-DO attitude and humour to line manage the critical support functions. The
Operations Director will ensure that SurfAid’s programs are fully supported to bring positive
change to our target communities.
Duties and responsibilities include formulating
policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials,
financial and human resources. The Operations Director is a member of the Senior
Management Team
Minimum Qualification;
- MBA or equivalent,
- 5 - 10 years’ senior management experience (managing all aspects of supports fucntions ; HR, Logistics and Finance)
- Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to work in dynamic and changing environment
- Creative problem solver
- Willing to travel to SurfAid locations across Indonesia
