Due to organizational new structure,  Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:

T Vet Coordinator (Kefa)

Responsibilities:
Program Quality
  • Provide critical technical input into the program strategy, design and Detailed Implementation Plan of  Vocational Training for YEE- EC Project 
  • Develop program implementation guidelines and tools 
  • Making Project Proposal & Budget for Project
  • Identified potential partner 
  • Liaison & coordination with partners 
  • Conduct Vocational Training  for beneficiries
  • Supervise the field implementation of projects
  • Monitoring & Reporting the Implementing of   project 
  • Reporting  regarding with the progress  & status  project to Project  Manager
Learning
  • Document learning in program and best practices 
  • Share learning and best practices and insure that they are incorporated into future work 
  • Help to develop and oversee ToRs for research and evaluation in sector. 
  • Ensure you are up to date with current trends and thinking in the sector globally and within Indonesia 
  • Conduct continuous search for innovation and improved learning program practices within and outside Plan Indonesia to pursue continuous program improvement
Networking and advocacy
  • Networking and coordination with others involved in the sector 
  • Support advocacy activities at district and provincial level, 
  • Advocate at national level where needed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in area of expertise

Knowledge and Skill: Strategic planning and evaluating skills, Strong analytical skills, Good command of oral and written communications, Good facilitation and negotiation skill, Excellent understanding of sector

Attitude: High integrity, Loyal, Leadership and participatory, Commitment to community development, Commitment to area of expertise

Experience: 2  years experience and five year in senior position in area of expertise
