consultant company or individual to provide the Technical Assistance to
finalized the Patient Centered Approach Standard Operating Procedure
(PCA–SOP) that can be implemented by health service providers and Civil
Society Organisations (CSOs) in Indonesia.
Interested organization or individual consultants, please kindly submit your proposal no later than 18.00 WIB, Monday 12 January 2015. Maximum proposal submitted is 7 pages consists of work plan (i.e. the Gantt chart format), your CV with related portfolio experience, and budget.
