IBCSD seeks Member Relations Officer

The
Indonesia Business Council for Sustainable Development (IBCSD),
a national development organization, is seeking energetic
individuals for Member Relation Officer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in all major
- Nimble, flexible, independent and skilled
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- A dynamic communicator, conveying a mature and professional attitude, demonstrating outstanding oral and written communication, and listening skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Able to rapidly acquire new information, be flexible, and work in an ever changing, growing environment.
- Strong decision-making, problem solving, and effective interpersonal skills needed to understand and relate with a wide range of stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional informational services to members, committee and staff.
- Provide relevant information or direct contacts to satisfactory resolution of contact’s concerns.
- Provide member support for applications for registration, business services, informational resources, and membership benefits.
- Consistently demonstrate Member Services values in all business interactions and performance.
- Exhibit a spirit of cooperation, showing adaptability and flexibility in work groups and with members.
- Support team goals, assist co-workers, and show appreciation for others
- Maintain data integrity in centralized membership database
