Médecins Sans
Frontières/Doctors Without Borders/Dokter Lintas Batas (MSF) is an
international medical humanitarian organization that delivers medical aid to
people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters,
and/or exclusion from health care.
In order to engage more actively with Indonesian society and
raise awareness of global humanitarian issues, we intend to organize our first public
event in Jakarta: a photo exhibition and documentary film screening in April
2015.
We are looking for an Event Organizer company to
assist us in producing exhibition materials and organizing the event.
Scope
of Work:
- Coordinate with venue and various vendors (printing company, courier, rental company)
- Responsible for material production and display
- Design the photo exhibition layout together with MSF Communications team
- Report event preparation progress on a daily basis
Requirements:
- Significant experience in event management, particularly photo exhibition
- Excellent organization skills, attention to details, preferably experienced in handling overseas clients
- Strong ability to manage budgets
- Flexible, adaptable and customer-oriented
