Graphic Designer -
Indonesia
Chemonics International Inc. seeks a Graphic Designer
for the USAID-funded Indonesia Marine and Climate Support (IMACS) Project. The
goal of IMACS is to contribute to the sustainable management of Indonesia's
marine and coastal ecosystems, in cooperation with the Indonesian Ministry of
Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF), in order to restore and enhance ecosystem productivity, biodiversity,
and resilience for food and economic security; and increase the resilience of natural ecosystems and coastal
communities to adapt to climate change and reduce the risk from disasters.
Responsibilities
The Graphic
Designer will ensure IMACS deliverables are produced in the highest standard
quality of design and in-line with USAID’s branding and marking regulations.
Specifically, the Graphic Designer will:
- Prepare tote bags designs
- Design thumb drives for a project events
- Produce, design, and create layout for a strategic planning document
- Produce, design, and create layout for an IMACS Grant Profiles book which will be institutionalized within the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries
Qualifications
- Previous experience designing products (written and other communications materials, such as tote bags, t-shirts, buttons, etc.) for USAID-funded projects required.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in graphic design.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- Familiarity with marine affairs and/or fisheries preferred.
