WWF Vacancy: Responsible Marine Business Coordinator for Inner Banda Arc (RMBCM), Maluku

We are the largest nature conservation NGO in Indonesia, which has started its activity since 1962. Currently, we have 28 offices, from Aceh to Papua and has a total of more than 400 staff. Since 2006, our organization supported by more than 54,000 supporters from all over the archipelago.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Responsible Marine Business Coordinator for Inner Banda Arc (RMBCM) based in Maluku, which Responsible to Provide policy development support & carry out activities for transformation of Marine Business through the influencing of mind set, policies, and management practices to be more sustainable and responsible, particularly in ecotourism and fisheries sector, in order to contribute to realization of organization objectives to ensure responsible and sustainable marine conservation (related to marine protected area and marine species), in Inner Banda Arc seascape. 

Requirements for this position :
  • Bachelor Degree from Marine or Fisheries Science, Tourism Management, Biology, Environmental or Conservation Science. Master Degree are preferable. 
  • 5 years experiences in Managerial Level and experience in Ecotourism or Marine Resources Management.
  • Good Communication skills (writing, presentation, negotiation), Facilitation skill, and also fisheries knowledge.
