We are
currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable
qualifications for: Project Leader –
Teluk Cendrawasih National Park (PLTCNP), based in Wasior – Papua, which responsible to Identify,
design, and implement projects/programs as well as give effective support for
Teluk Cendrawasih National Park Project objectives within and outside the
organization, in line with requirement and needs and conform to project
management guidelines, in order to deliver project according to WWF Indonesia -
Marine Protected Area (MPA) Program objectives and other programs related to
conservation activities in Teluk Cendrawasih National Park.
Requirements for this position are :
- Bachelor Degree from Biology, Fisheries Management, and Marine Science, Environmental, or Conservation Science, Master Degree are preferable
- Having knowlrdge of Project Cycle Management, Human resource management, strategic management, conservation management, policy analysis and Advocacy strategy development
- 8-10 years experiences (for Bachelor Degree) or 5-8 years experiences (for Master Degree) on Conservation works / issues with 3 years experiences in Managerial Level.
- Good Communication skills (Presentation, Writing, Negotiation, Lobbying, facilitation)
