consultant company or individual to provide the Technical Assistance to
develop a research masterplan / protocol (include sample size
calculation, determination of sentinel site, management and analysis
data plan) of Drug Resistance TB Sentinel Surveillance in Indonesia for
the purpose of program expansion.

organization or individual consultants, please submit your proposal no
later than on 18.00 WIB, Wednesday 26 November 2014. Maximum proposal
submitted is 5 pages that include work plan (in the Gantt chart format),
your CV with related research title portfolio, and also the financial
budget.
