The Program
AIPHSS
Program is a partnership program between the Government of Australia
and the Government of Indonesia focusing on strengthening of health
financing systems & capacity building of health human resources in
order to improve access to and quality of basic health services. AIPHSS
Program is managed directly by the Government of Indonesia through the
Ministry of Health (MoH) at National level and through
Provincial/District Health Offices at sub national level.
The Position
Office Administrator – COFF-4733
The General Administration Staff
will work closely with the
Technical Director, Senior Liaison Officer, and the ISP Team.
The Office Administrator
provides
administration/secretarial and logistics support to the ISP team in
Ministry of Health to enable them to work effectively and efficiently.
The position is under management of and accountable to
the ISP Office Manager.
The Person
To
be considered for this role you should have demonstrated experience in
administration and logistics and demonstrated experience in office
management, including assets management
maintenance, vehicle and travel arrangement, procurement and supply
chain management of office and program equipment. She/he has good
understanding of Government administration mechanism, office
administration systems and process. Previous working experience
with close relationship with Ministry of Health, Bappenas, or other
Ministries will be an added value.
