which has started its activity since 1962. Currently, we have 28 offices, from
Aceh to Papua and has a total of more than 400 staff. Since 2006, our
organization supported by more than 54,000 supporters from all
over the archipelago.
We
are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has
reputable qualifications for : Budget & Grant Manager (to be based in Jakarta).
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant work experiences with the last 3 years in managerial level
- Have a good understanding in accounting & financial management system, budgeting & cash flow, tax knowledge and reporting
- Good monitoring and controlling
- Familiar with donor financial management and reporting requirements
- Detail oriented, strong analytical thinking, and judgments
Responsible such as:
- Ensure budget and grants management, and reporting in accordance with WWF ID finance regulation, donor compliance and other stakeholder regulation
- Ensure all projects administrative aspects follow the procedures and ensure all documentation are well filed
- Responsible for the projects budget development and revision as well as the development of annual national budget and revision.
- Develop and provide guidelines for budgeting (annual budget and project budget)
