Recruitment [PPPI] IMAGES Reflective Report Writer - Individual Consultant

Program :  Improving Ministries and Agencies Website for Budget Transparency

Is a 2-years program that implemented by a consortium consisting of : Komisi Informasi Pusat, the Masyarakat Transparansi Indonesia (MTI), Vivanews, LP3ES, FITRA, and coordinated by Paramadina Public Policy Institute (PPPI) a think tank under Paramadina University.

The opened position is :

Consultant for IMAGES Reflective Report Writer. 

Duties and Responsibilities

Corporate Responsibility & teamwork:

  • More than average knowledge of information technology, social media, and websites

  • Understanding of the K/L’s and PPPI culture and issues 
  • Understand of the K/L’s PPID organisation

  • Seeks and applies knowledge, information, and best practices from within and outside the IMAGES project Results-Orientation:

  • Minimal complaints regarding tasks.

Qualifications : 

Education and Skill
  • At least Masters degree in relevant field (PhD Degree is preferable); having good knowledge on public policy, disclosure of information issues, PPIDs in K/L’s, K/LS budget and performance documents; clear commitment to governance reform; skills to write a report in English
Experience
  • Extensive experience in conducting qualitative research; extensive experience in report writing with various donor agencies; able to work with a pro-active approach and minimal supervision, but achieves targets.
Language Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
