Job summary:
Responsible for the development of all health related programs for MAP Internasional, proposal writing and partner relationships concerned with health activities. The Program Manager will also provide reports of program activities on timely bases.
Terms of Employment:
1 (one) year contract with possibility to extend
Duty Station:
Medan and frequently travel to South Nias, North Sumatera.

Qualifications:
- Fluently in English both Spoken and Written is a must
- A Degree in Public / Community Health or higher is a must
- Experience in developing TB and HIV program strongly recommended to apply
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in developing community health program
- Good proposal writing skill is mandatory.
- Experience of working in non-profit or INGO sector highly desirable.

- Design and develop programs in coordination with Country Director
- Develop and implement program goals in coordination with donors and partners
- Promote activities that foster inter-agency collaboration and cooperation to effectively use resources and build local capacity
- Host and coordinate visits to health related programs from program donors to ensure accountability
- Supervise and schedule all program activities for the implementation of programs
- Delegate responsibilities and provide supervision to program support staff for program implementation
- Provide program evaluations to ensure quality control and accountability to funding sources and donors
