1. Ensures implementation of project activities focusing on the achievement of the following results:
  • Develop productive working relations with government, non-governmental institutions and/or other project partners 
  • Develop productive working relationship and in constant coordination with BAPPENAS-PSF in the substantive aspects of the P3BM project implementation.
  • Coordinates with consortium partners for the effective and timely delivery of the components under the P3BM project.
  • Undertakes trouble-shooting of project problems and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
  • Together with P3BM National Secretariat and consultants to continuously assess the progress of program implementation.
2. Ensures project activities, achievement and lesson-learned are well reported, documented, communicated and publicized focusing on the achievement of the following results:
  • Project activities are properly documented with the coordination of the consortium partners for the P3BM Project. 
  • Regular meetings are conducted with consortium partners to discuss achievements, challenges to seek solutions and document lesson-learned
  • In coordination with Project Assistant periodical project reports including technical and financial reports are prepared and compiled to be submitted to BAPPENAS-PSF
  • Overall program strategy, objectives and activities are tracked and managed.
3. Together with the P3BM National Coordinator monitor the P3BM Provincial Coordinator performance and reporting through the following activities:
  • Assist the P3BM National Secretariat to coordinate the activities of the Provincial Coordinator based on the specified workplan. 
  • Develop Provincial Coordinator reporting line and method.
  • Summaries Provincial Coordinator activity reports and submit to P3BM National Coordinator.
  • Propose solutions to projec problems faced by Provincial Coordinator
4. Working together with P3BM National Secretariat and M&E Specialist to ensure the implementation of P3BM Project Quality Assurance which include:
  • Conduct periodic post-training checkts to assess the effectiveness of the P3BM design and approach 
  • Coordinate with M&E Specialist on the most appropriate monitoring strategy to measure the progress of the project and meeting the project’s KPI
5. Design and implement a knowledge management/ communication strategy and reporting system to ensure that lesson learned, innovation and good practices are well documented through:
  • Development of a communication strategy to share information on P3BM adequately among stakeholders and general public.
6. Perform other relevant duties as required by Program Manager:
  • Assistance is provided to the Partnership’s Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to monitor the implementation of the project 
  • Ensure that project is implemented efficiently according to the budget that has been agreed by BAPPENAS-PSF and follows all BAPPENAS-PSF related regulations.
  • Provide strategic input to the Partnership’s programme and provision of top quality policy advice services to the Government and/or other stakeholders focusing on achievement of the projects.
IV. Impact of ResultsThe key results have an impact on the successful and timely implementation of activities within designated project documents. In particular, the key results have an achievement on the project quality, project implementation appropriateness, and project reporting and management oversight with regard to program of cluster.

VI. Recruitment QualificationsEducation and Skill
Bachelors (S1) Degree, preferable Master Degree; having good knowledge regarding the current socio-political and economic conditions; clear commitment to governance reform; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders is a must; willing to develop a good teamwork with the Partnership staff ; having a good skill in report writing, project management and good skill on the use of ICT.

ExperienceMin. 5 years of relevant experience in project planning, implementing and monitoring; experience and skill in facilitating the development of multi-stakeholders forum, in pulling stakeholders such as key government agencies, civil society organizations, social-political figures, private companies and grassroots communities, etc.; and having knowledge and experience in conflict resolution is a big plus
Language RequirementsFluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
