Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI), a humanitarian, not for profit, community development based on fulfillment of child rights NGO is seeking to fill in the following positions :

 

1.     Program Officer - Operation Department (OD)

Key responsibilities :  Project Cycle Management (plan, implement, MONEV), Organizing community, Research, income generation.

Duty Station:

      -          Lombok, NTB (1 position)
      -          Borong, NTT (1 position)  
      -          Enrekang, South Sulawesi (1 position)
      -          Padang (1 position)
      -          Menteng Tenggulun, Jakarta (1 position)

2.     Program Officer  - Partnership Officer (PO) 

Key responsibilities: Liaison with donor and GNI partner institution, maintain special fund project, linking  project/program with GNI community development program (CDP)

Duty Station :

      -          Jakarta Head Office (1 position)

3. Program Officer - Fund Raising Membership Relation Officer (FD-MRO)Key responsibilities: Maintain Sponsor Relations, prepare creative report to sponsors, identify potential sponsors and develop sponsorship proposals.

4. Program Officer - Fund Raising Campaign Officer (FD-CO)Key responsibilities: Develop, build alliances, and maintain good relationships with other NGOs, and other relevant groups. Prepare substantive briefings and updates to inform staff, media and stakeholders on specific campaign issues, progress and outcomes. Design, create and use a range of communications tools (direct actions, direct communication, traditional and new media, briefing sheets and public information, and other tools) to communicate with target audiences and to achieve campaign objectives.

      -          Jakarta Head Office (1 position)Requirements :

Bachelor degree (S1) all major, but preferably :

Position (1) : Social sciences (Social welfare, sociology, anthropology, economy) /Agribusiness

Position (2, 3, and 4):   Communication, Management, Public Administration   

• Fluency in English both speaking and writing

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill

• Good team player

• Preferably have experience min. 1 year in NGO activities.

• Fresh graduates with good experience in organization are welcome to apply

• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Good at writing and graphic design (for press release,leaflet, posters etc) for position No. 4
