Yayasan Kopernik Vacancy: Office & Liaison Manager - Ubud, Bali

We are currently recruiting a highly talented and motivated Office and Liaison Manager to represent Yayasan Kopernik.

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Masters degree preferred)
  • At least seven years work experience, with at least two years in similar role
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labour law and taxation
  • Ability to use Quickbooks prefered
  • Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact
  • Ability to perform to a high level under limited supervision
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Fully computer literate
  • Indonesian national
Responsibilities : 
  • Liaise with government authorities
  • Liaise with Yayasan Kopernik board
  • Identify and develop partnerships with local partners 
  • Represent Yayasan Kopernik as Secretary of the Executive Board 
  • Finance and/or HR support
  • Arrange visas for expatriate staff
