GF Cross-Cutting Health System Strengthening Interventions
The Global Fund is
multilateral donor and currently support Pusat Data dan
Informasi Kementerian Kesehatan RI as Principal Recipient to implement Cross-Cutting Health System Strengthening
Interventions in Indonesia. GF HSS is looking for potential qualified
candidates to fill the following positions:

Minimum bachelor degree in psychology, or
health/admin/social or other related fields

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
at the national; experience in working for GF grants implementation, in
particular with the MOH structure;
- Experience to conduct proper socialization
and/or implementation of any personnel/HR rules/procedures;
- Experience in managing administration of HR
procedures/strategy, project personnel mechanism, and performance evaluation
of staff;
- Experience in managing of
any conflict within the project team, including for offering best proposed
solution.

General qualification:
- Age 25-30 years;
- Demonstrates integrity and willing to travel as required.
- Able to use IT skills eg. Computer literacy, in particular experience with MS Office, office software packages including web based systems.\
- Experienced in working with Government and/or NGO in any health or development project (on GFATM project would be an advantage).
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
- Strong motivation and good team player with ability for multi- tasking.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and in complex setting.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
