Operations, Finance, and Grants Manager Chemonics
International, a leading international
development consulting firm, seeks an operations,
finance, and grants manager for an anticipated $19-$23 million, five-year, USAID-funded
Health Technical Assistance Project (BANTU). The purpose of the project is to
identify, recruit, hire, administer, and support qualified individuals or
organizations that will provide short or long-term technical assistance to the
Government of Indonesia, in particular to support USAID’s GHI and CDCS
strategies and health priorities. We are looking for individuals who have a
passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.
Responsibilities include: leadership and oversight of day to day operations,
procurement, subcontract administration, grants administration, travel/logistics,
project financial management, and accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institutions required.
- Minimum five years of experience in leading operations and finance of USAID or other donor funded projects required.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Experience in USAID subcontract management.
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
