Duties and Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project monitoring and evaluation framework in accordance to corporate guideline
- Prepare annual work plans and associated budgets for M & E related activities and ensure quality of project reporting,
- Support effective management of the evaluation process in the project office
- Design and Implementation of internal and external strategies for communications and knowledge sharing
- Production and dissemination of lessons learnt across the portfolio and ensuring effective cross-project and cross-unit knowledge fertilization
Required Skills and Experience
RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Education:*
Master's or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in International Development, International Relations, Political Science, Anthropology, Economics, Business/Public Administration or other related fields, or equivalent experience
Experience:*
Minimum with 7 years of relevant experience for candidate with Bachelor Degree or 3 years’ relevant experience for candidate with Master Degree in providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of development projects and establishing inter-relationships among international organization and national governments. Solid experience on analytical work, programme/project development in the areas of Local Economic Development. Working experience networking with the private sector, CSO, university will be highly desirable
