The
Program - Australia Awards Indonesia is managed by Coffey on behalf of
the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The goal of
Australia
Awards Indonesia is that: Indonesia’s development is enhanced by the
contribution of internationally qualified professionals and a strong and
positive relationship with Australia. This will contribute across the
whole scope of the Australia Indonesia Partnership,
including its goal to work in partnership with Indonesia to achieve a
more prosperous, safe and democratic Indonesia.
To contribute to the AAI, Coffey is currently seeking applications for a Social Research (Monitoring and Evaluation) Manager to
be based (fulltime) in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Social Research (Monitoring and Evaluation) Manager: COFF – 4376
The
Social Research (M&E) Manager position has a strong focus on social
research, data gathering and qualitative analysis and on
communicating, coaching and mentoring. The Manager will implement the
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) strategy across the awards
cycle, embedding it in all AAI activities and communicating best
practice to staff to ensure a continuous learning approach.
The Manager will support the integration of M&E activities in GoI
counterparts to enable data collection and analysis of AAI Priority
Organisations in order for AAI to provide evidence-informed advice to
DFAT, GoI and other partners.
In
order to be considered for this role, applicants should possess a
relevant tertiary qualification in an appropriate field of
study (preferably postgraduate) as well as relevant practical
experience in a related field (i.e. social research, monitoring,
evaluation and/or communications/coaching).
