Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is currently seeking Project Managers and Technical Specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded Governance Program in Indonesia. This project aims to improve service delivery for sustainable development in four provinces of Eastern Indonesia: Maluku, North Maluku, West Papua and Papua.
Long-term and short-term positions are open in the following positions and areas:
■ Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
■ Team Leaders
■ Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (M&E)
■ Legal and Governance Experts
■ Citizen Participation/Community Dialogue Experts
■ Public Service Delivery Experts
■ Gender Based Violence Response and Prevention Experts
■ Social Inclusion Specialist
■ Health Specialist
■ Education Specialist
■ Community Development Specialist
■ Infrastructure Finance Specialist
■ Finance & Grants Manager
■ Gender Advisors
■ Strategic Communications Specialist
Qualifications for Technical positions:
■ Advanced degree in a relevant field
■ Country experience supporting implementation of Indonesia national level programs
■ 7+ years of mid to senior level experience in the technical area listed above
■ Ability to build team capacity, delegate working teams, and develop communities of learning among host country partners and counterparts
■ Strong verbal and written communication skills
■ Professional Fluency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesian
■ Indonesian nationals are strongly encouraged to apply
