fill the following vacancy:
Administrative Assistant
Main tasks:
·
Working and assisting the Adminstrator on HR
management
·
Manage personal files of all national staff
·
Manage and control the reimbursement for health /
hospitalisation / accident coverage
·
Management of engagement and disengagement
·
Expatriates’
administrative files and documents
·
Mission
approval and permit procedures for expatriates
·
Visa
request for all internal staff and external people
·
Assist
in arranging ticket and accommodation (if needed)
Requirements:
·
University degree (or equivalent), preferably in HR
field
·
3 years of work experience in a similar function
·
Fluent in written and spoken English
·
Excellent
computer skill, incl.spreadsheets
·
Capacity of treating information confidentially
·
Excellent negotiation skills
·
Ability to work in a multicultural organization
·
Motivated to
work for a non-profit organization
