General
Job Description:
The purpose of the TATT Provincial Team Leader is to
provide oversight, technical guidance and implementation support for traiing
content development and delivery via Technical Assistance Training Teams
(TATTs) within an anticipated USAID-funded project: Improving Disaster Preparedness
and Disaster Management Capacity in Indonesia (Central Java Project)
Job
Requirements:
- Bachelor (S1) Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Higher Education, or related fields. Master’s Degree is preferable.
- Past experience working on disaster management and emergency responses
- Extensive experience in capacity building and institutional strengthening programs.
- Proven skill and track records in designing and delivering training programs, particularly on topics related to disaster management.
- Familiarity with Indonesia government structure and system (particularly those that have disaster management structures/programs) and has prior experience working with the government agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of international humanitarian standards and principles.
- Having experience working with BPBD is preferable.
- Proficient in English language, both speaking and writing.
