Tanimbar, Maluku
1. Deputy Program Manager - Tanimbar
The Deputy Program Manager will make design and pitch concepts for innovative, sustainable programs to donors that directly fit the main challenges that the Tanimbar community faces, in coordination with Program Manager. He/She will strategize work with corporate donors into a strategic action plan that effectively enhances Organization’s shared value partnership, along with a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy. He/She will support the management of social investment staff working in Tanimbar and strengthen working relationships with government, community, private sector and other key partners at the local, provincial and national levels, as a organization for future work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (S1) in international development, economic development or a related field; Masters Degree in related topic preferred;
- Minimum of 7 years of community mobilization and/or international development and/or management experience;
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, in BOTH English and Bahasa Indonesia ARE A MUST;
- Good people management skills are critical;
- Record of success in designing innovative community interventions in a variety of sectors IS A MUST;
- Possible sectors may include WASH , economic development and livelihoods, energy access, health and education, among others. Candidate must have a level of comfort in multiple sectors with demonstrated expertise in one or two sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint software.
Maluku
1. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer – Spice Up the Deals
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer of SUD have responsible for working with SUD Program Manager to develop an M&E plan, relevant indicators and tools for measurement, assist with the analysis of data and discuss with Program Manager and Program Officers how to use the results in implementation. S/he will then be involved in monitoring of activities and outputs of the project in close collaboration with the other Project Officers and the Project Manager. Another important part of his/her works is making narrative report of regular progress and able to support field activities/working closely with Program Officer to conduct field activities.
This position will be as temporary staff.
Qualifications:
- Possess a relevant university degree and relevant 2-3 years work experience;
- Minimum 2 years experience working in monitoring and evaluation, ideally in an NGO context;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, highly desired;
- Expertise and skills in development and implementation of M&E plans, assessments, baseline and end line surveys, evaluations, using quantitative and qualitative methods;
- Expertise and skills in analysis of collected data and compiling findings in clear and structured reports;
- Ability to work with computer programs typically used for data management, analysis and reporting.
