Greenpeace opened our first office in Southeast Asia in 2000. In that time we have led successful campaigns throughout the region, securing fresher air, cleaner water and a healthier environment through changing industry practices and government policies. Greenpeace actively campaigns across the region to catalyze an energy revolution, protect ancient forests and our oceans, create a toxics-free future and create a shift to sustainable agriculture.
Greenpeace has three offices in Southeast Asia—in Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines and each office is composed of five departments: Campaigns, Fundraising, Communications, Mass Mobilization and Organizational Support. Currently, Greenpeace has more than a 140 staff across the region, excluding the direct dialogue fundraisers.
THE POST: FOLLOW UP CALL OFFICER
Job Summary:
As part of the Supporter Care team, the Follow Up Call Officer is responsible to ensure the following up process for inactive supporters to re-activate their support and donation as well as the follow up debit failed program for inactive supporters. At the same time, he/she will ensure high quality service and care for supporters.
Responsibilities:
WORKING HOURS
Normal hours of work for full time Employee will be forty (40) per week or (5) days in a week, at 8 hours per day excluding an hour lunch break. This will be from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:30 am to 6: 30 pm. Ordinary hours of work may be varied as agreed between staff and the line managers.
LEAVE
A permanent employee will be entitled to the following leaves:
Annual Leave: 20 days
Parental Leave: As per labor laws and Greenpeace policy
Sabbatical leave: 2 months paid leave after 5 years of continuous service
Compassionate leave: maximum of 5 days for the death of significant others
SALARY
In determining salary offer for this position, Greenpeace applies its Salary Grading Process, taking into consideration the job description and applicant’s previous experience, and the organization’s salary grade.

- Make daily follow up call / SMS to inactive and debit failed supporters of Greenpeace
- Handle / accept all incoming calls from Greenpeace supporters
- Checking Supporter Data for Supporter Information or Bank Account / Credit Card account
- Handle complaints, questions and queries from supporters
- Ensure standardized the phone manners and script are followed in answering/handling phone calls
- Persuade inactive and debit failed supporters to reactive their donations
- Prepare daily /weekly follow up call reports
- Other duties as assigned by Supporter Care Coordinator
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any major
- Willing to work full time
- Has good telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy dealing with people
- Target oriented
- English fluency is preferred
- Computer literate (MS Office Word and MS Excel)
- Preferably has 1 year experience in Customer Services or Call Center business
