Qualifications:
- Minimum a Master Degree (S2) in demography, health, public policies or social studies
- Minimum 5 years working experience with Governments, UN Agencies and/or other International Donor Agencies
- Has Experience in project management at national level on population, health, public policies or other related sector
- Able to work in team, proven skilled in coordinating and building team network
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
