Conservation International, an international
non-governmental organization, is seeking to fill 2 position of SLP Field Operation Officer to be based in Tapanuli Selatan and
Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra.
Responsibilities:
1.
Admin and Logistic
a) Assist in arranging
meeting, workshop and events (venue selection, logistics arrangement,
materials, and communication with participants) serve as key note taker of
meeting if needed.
b) Serve as receptionist
and welcome visitor or guest in a good manner (incoming calls are dealt
politely and efficiently)
c) Assist in sending or
receiving letter and messages by post, facsimile, telephone.
d) Purchase regular
office supplies ( stationary and groceries), and maintain the office supplies
inventory
e) Maintain
Tapsel/Madina Office Inventory list.
f) Coordinate vehicle
use and maintain vehicle log book monthly
2.
Finance
a) Handling petty cash
for Tapsel and Madina
b) Review Travel Expense
Report to ensure CI regulation is followed, and adequate supporting documents
are attached before sending to Medan Office
c) Assist Sumatera
Operation team to make sure Travel/program advances are cleared in timely
manner
d) Assist in handling
payment of local transport/fee/per diem of participants/speakers/ of
event/workshops/meeting, including travel and honor agreement.
3.
HR
Assist in handling
personnel necessities, i.e. : ancillary daily work record, leave form, click
time, outpatient medical, and overtime claim of outsource staff.
4.
Coordination
Provide service for correspondence,
coordination and communication with Medan office on regular basis to ensure SLP
program implementation run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Required:
·
Bachelor/University/diploma
degree majoring in Administration, management or Economy, Accounting and other relevant
studies
·
At
least 3 years relevant work experience in
administration/secretary/logistic/receptionist/finance
·
Having
experience in events arrangement and Cash Management
·
Familiar
with Microsoft office (MS.Word, MS.Excel,Power Point) and internet
·
Team
player and able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
Preferred:
·
Having experience
in dealing event, and have strong communication skill
·
Local people in Tapanuli
Selatan and Mandailing Natal
