The Center for Public Policy Transformation (Transformasi)
The Center
for Public Policy Transformation is a non-profit educational institution
established, in 2013, to promote evidence-based policy research and training in
Indonesia. Transformasi will collaborate with domestic and international partners
to provide executive education programs for government officials, to link
training to practical policy research and help domestic researchers and
research institutions build capacity for evidence-based research. Transformasi
will invest in communications and outreach to raise public awareness of policy
issues and link policymakers, researchers and the general public.
Currently, Transformasi
is seeking for a young and energetic person to join in the team as IT
Staff.
The selected IT Staff is expected to perform daily support and maintenance to IT and Communication
issues.
The position is for 1
year contract.
The IT Staff will report to the Finance & Administration Director.
Job Description:
- Provide assistance and daily support related to hardware, software, LAN and any other IT issue in Transformasi office and remote offices if any.
- Maintain and tracking IT devices and its documentation.
- Maintain and monitor the network to assure its connectivity and security.
- Provide supports for all legal software in use.
- Interact with users in remote areas, if any, to assist solving IT problems.
- Install software needed.
- Back up data.
- Assure that all Transformasi’s computers/laptop connect to internet and other devices.
- Install and update anti-virus.
- Remove viruses, Trojan, spyware.
- Maintain office electrical equipments.
- Provide the specifications/type of new laptop/computer accordingly the needs.
- Set up and maintain Transformasi’s emails
- Provide supports to Transformasi’s website.
- Become contact person related to information technology at Transformasi.
- Make trouble shooting and monthly IT reports.
Skill: IT &
communication system skill and English proficiency is a must. Experience: 4-6
years as IT staff/officer. Education: Bachelor degree. Expected start working
date: as soon as possible.
