Reporting to the National Director, the Chief Financial Officer
will oversee Habitat for Humanity Indonesia’s finance functions and will
play a significant top management role.
The ideal candidate will be a CPA (CA, ACCA or other approved equivalent
titles) with a graduate in finance degree or an MBA and will have a
minimum of ten years relevant financial-management expertise and at least
five years of experience as a senior financial manager.
He/she will have broad financial management skills to direct the
financial planning, accounting, internal controls, and loan
portfolio management needs of the organization, and will be primarily
responsible for managing the financial risks of the organization.
