PPMN Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Pengembangan Media Nusantara is a non-profit organization established
in 2006 to develop the professionalism of all forms of media and to
extend access to information in Indonesia and other countries in Asia.
In partnership with independent
media, PPMN manages programs to produce and develop television and
radio talk-show, features and documentaries.
PPMN
is a multi donors organization it is expected that the Monitoring and
Evaluation Officer to be able to collect programs data including
feedback and impact; measuring progress of running programs and able to
translate it to the different donors standard of reporting.
In simple the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will assist Executive Director and Program Manager in:
1. Development of monitoring and evaluation plan
2. Development of monitoring and evaluation tools
3. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation
4. Preparation of reports to donors
It is expected that she/ he:
1. Graduate from a respectable university, preferable hold an ICT degree.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years experience working / assisting Monitoring and Evaluation process;
3. Have a good knowledge in media will be appreciated;
4. Humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders is a must;
5. Willing to develop a good teamwork with PPMN program officers and admin/ finance personnel;
6. Have a good skill in report writing and good skill on the use of ICT;
7. Should be willing to travel to project site as required.
