Requirements
a.
Bachelor Degree in relevant field (Education,
Curriculum Development, School Administration)
b.
Minimum 5 years experience and leadership
experience is a must
c.
Experience in Education Development Field
(teaching, curriculum implemented, Education outreach and Program Planning)
d.
Fluent conversational and written English
e.
Strong computer literacy (Ms. Office and Internet
research)
General Purpose:
a.
To plan, organize, implement and manage
non-formal education outreach program for all of Hidung Merah’s students.
(Including English Language, Math and Financial Literacy, Applied Science,
Tutoring Program and Equivalency Exam Preparation)
b.
Curriculum Implementation : in a creative
learning environment that encourages children to learn, develop, understand and
reach their personal education goals
c.
Oversee and supervise Field Instructors and
volunteer/interns (if any) in all education programs and classes to follow the
vision and mission of Yayasan Hidung Merah
Main Task and
Responsibilities
a.
Prepare project specific reports on a quarterly
cycle
b.
Oversee and evaluate Field Instructors and
volunteers/interns (if any) performances in education programs and report to
Managing Director
c.
Assist and motivate Field Instructors in
developing creative lesson plans that use cross curricular methods of teaching
involving arts and education
d.
Develop
needs assessment and “placement test” to evaluate necessary structure of
learning
e.
Evaluate and report about the overall progress
and success of education program.
f.
Encourage children to do their personal best and
assist them in raising their traditional school grades
g.
Maintain and report accurate and complete
records of students’ development and attendance.
h.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules
and disciplinary systems of Yayasan Hidung Merah.
i.
Communicate necessary information regularly to
students, colleagues and directors.
j.
Keep
up-to-date with teaching resources, development procedures and creative
teaching techniques
