Gender, Civil Society, Governance and Human Rights Analysts - Indonesia
STATT
Consulting Ltd is a dynamic knowledge-based services company that works
to improve community resiliency and well-being around the world. STATT
is looking for Analysts in the areas of gender, civil society,
governance and human rights to join our team in locations
throughout Indonesia on upcoming assignments under our Gender, Development, and Civil Society Program.
Analyst
positions will be challenging and rewarding. The analysts’ primary
focus will be to identify, study, advise and implement strategies to
change policy and practice in their field. Salary packages are
negotiable, based on skills, experience and the requirements of the
specific assignment.
Qualifications and key
requirements for candidates interested in upcoming assignments include:
· A postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
· A
minimum of 3-7 years previous work experience in either one or more of:
program / project design and implementation; primary and secondary
research; public awareness
raising and advocacy; training and capacity development.
· Attention to detail with strong analyticial skills.
· A deep desire to make a difference and deliver high quality results.
· Active team membership and building of positive working relationships.
· Effective written and spoken communication skills.
· Ability to work in English and Bahasa.
