Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the following positions:

EDUCATION FACILITY COORDINATOR – SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT OUTREACH (SDO)
(EFC-SDO)
Jakarta

Responsibilities :
  • Coordinate the design of the need assessment, develop instrument, conduct the assessment and develop the report of the SDO program,  packages and modules regarding the school infrastructure and  school facilities
  • Coordinate the review and  the development of SDO program,  packages and modules regarding the school infrastructure and  school facilities
  • Organize the modules development process regarding the infrastructure and  school facilities
  • Reviewing the design, overseeing implementation and approve the report of the need assessment, baseline study and program monev regarding the school infrastructure and  school facilities
  • Ensure the quality of the design, the implementation and  the evaluation of the ToT program regarding the package of the school school infrastructure and  school facilities  (if required)
  • Coordinate  the monitoring and the evaluation of the implementation of SDO program regarding the  infrastructure and school facilities
  • Coordinate SDO program regarding the  infrastructure and school facilities implementation with other parties (local vendors, outsource, local government                
Requirements :
  1. Hold min S1 from Technical / Architecture
  2. Competent in Project Management, knowledgeable in theory and practice of Education Recovery implementation, procurement, tender process, negotiation skill
  3. Possesses min 4 years work experience in education infrastructure project
  4. Good in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  5. Good communicators
  6. Excellent analytical skill
  7. Good conceptual skill
  8. Good administration skill
