of internationally qualified professionals and with a strong a positive
relationship with
Australia. It is anticipated that this will contribute across the
whole scope of the Australia Indonesia partnership. Including its goal
to work in partnership with Indonesia to achieve a more prosperous, safe
and democratic Indonesia.

is currently seeking applications for six (6) Jakarta based positions
and one (1) Australia based position for the Australia Awards -

The Short Course Coordinator (*COFF-4039) and On Award Manager (*COFF-4036) positions are international appointments and open to all interested candidates
who meet the essential criteria.
Positions will be contracted, subject to the Head Contract between DFAT and Coffey.
Strategic Communications, Promotion and Outreach Manager: COFF-4038
The
Strategic Communications, Promotions and Outreach Manager will be
responsible for delivering a coordinated, strategic and targeted
approach to promotion. The role
will support DFAT’s broader communication needs for the program in
Indonesia. It will also work to communicate learning from the program to
key stakeholders both in Indonesia and Australia.
Post Award Manager: COFF-4041
The
Post Award Manager will be responsible for the strategic engagement
with the alumni to deliver on Australia Awards Indonesia outcomes. This
role will work to drive
a demand driven, needs driven, professional development-centred
approach to activities with Alumni and more meaningful engagement with
AAI and where appropriate their priority organisations.
Human Resources Development Partnership Manager: COFF-4034
The
HRD Partnership Manager will effectively socialise program enhancements
to strategically engage with priority organisations. Supporting the
high level engagement
of the Australia Awards, Indonesia Director, the HRD/Partnerships
Manager will work with counterparts in priority organisations to build
and understand the need for accountability in delivering outcomes.
Human Resources Development Manager (Regional): COFF-4069
The
HRD Manager (Regional) will be responsible for overall scoping, design,
implementation and monitoring of the HRD activities in line with the
DFAT guidelines and
the objectives of Australia Awards Indonesia (AAI) for a group of
priority organisations and other key partners located in Geographic
Focus Areas.
The
role will also be responsible for overseeing the English Language
Training Assistance Program and cross-cutting initiatives (such as
gender and disability related
activities).
Human Resources Development Manager: COFF-4070
The
HRD Manager will be responsible for overall scoping, design,
implementation and monitoring of the HRD activities in line with the
DFAT guidelines and the objectives
of Australia Awards Indonesia for a group of priority organisations.
The role will also be responsible for overseeing cross-cutting
initiatives (such as gender and disability related activities) relating
to these organisations.
Short Course Coordinator: COFF-4039*
The
Short Course Coordinator will be responsible for overall coordination,
administration and logistics of the Short Course Awards in line with the
DFAT guidelines
and the objectives of Australia Awards Indonesia.
On Award Manager: COFF-4036*
The
On-Award Manager will be responsible for the overall scoping,
coordination, administration, logistics and monitoring of the On-Award
activities in line with the
Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) guidelines
and the objectives of Australia Awards Indonesia (AAI) both long-term
Australia Awards Scholarships and short course awards.
These positions are classified
as B2 under the DFAT Adviser Remuneration framework (see
www.dfat.gov.au for details of fees and benefits)*
Minimum requirements for all vacancies include:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and work experience; and
• Excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English
