Responsibilities:
Design and develop strategies/strategic directions and policies for the future growth of the Department and to develop guiding principles, policies and procedures to document/support sustainable DRR programmes for MERCY Malaysia.
Oversee and supervise all activities, programmes, projects and activities to be implemented by the Department and to ensure the smooth running of the Department within designated financial budget.
Oversight of the outcomes and impact monitoring and evaluation of the DRR programmes in collaboration with the Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Requirement:
Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience with NGO, preferably Humanitarian.
