Family Health International (FHI 360) is a global health and human development
organization. We currently have an open position for Senior Technical Officer (STO) for HIV Prevention Services.
The STO for Prevention HIV Services will be based in FHI 360's country office in Jakarta, and responsible for scaling up HIV prevention services of project-supported health facilities.
S/he will provide technical assistance to health facilities to ensure the quality of implementation and integration of condom and prevention services, including routine recording and reporting of key data with related clinical services, such as sexual transmission infections (STIs), HIV testing, and care support treatment. Responsibilities also include:
Minimum Requirements: Degree in medicine, 3-5 years’ experience with reproductive health project, preferably USAID-funded, professional-level knowledge of and technical skills related to one or more of the following: behavior change, prevention, clinical services, research, interpersonal communication and counseling, excellent skills in interpersonal communications, especially provider-client IPC, theory and practice, experience in HIV/AIDS or reproductive health services, must be fluent in written and spoken English, be available for frequent travel to project sites and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially spreadsheet (Excel).

- Manage the development of technical documents related to strategy, guidelines, measurement tools, training modules and curricula;
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) required for behavior change and prevention services in clinical settings; and
- Provide appropriate technical assistance to project supported clinical facilities with emphasis on prevention behaviors and practices.
