to fill the following position to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia:
HR
Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for the
administration and operational support services for the RTI Regional Office in
Indonesia. Serving as support to the
services of the RTI Indonesia Office, including but not limited to local
national employment, recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, HRIS
administration, compliance activities, HR systems support, and other duties as
assigned.
ESSENTIAL Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating all aspects of personnel files
- Preparing confidential reports for negotiations
- Assist in the administration and creation of a wide variety of personnel correspondence related to CCN and STTA contract issuance, salary change, title change, contract extension, termination.
- Monitor closely the P3 data entry and to assure high quality of data maintenance and updates
- Maintains manual and electronic documents files and records
- Perform record keeping and clerical functions
- Creating CV Database in shared folder for all incoming applications
- Scheduling interview schedule including preparations of venue, CV and interview sheets.
- Assist in coordinating with local assignment support services to include on-boarding and orientation, personnel matters,
- Assist in Coordinating with Office Manager registration of new hires to benefit lines in timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by superiors within the capacity of his/her field of profession
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ related experience; MA degree and 1 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Ability to prioritize issues and make recommendations to policies.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion; culturally astute.
- Ability to work independently as well as perform in matrix organization.
- Strong negotiator with ability for partnership and collaboration.
- Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate well within and across diverse groups and perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and HR systems.
