*About the Accountant Staff position*
The Accountant Staff is responsible to do daily work of the company's finances and administration and ensuring that there is fiscal responsibility within operations.

*About the Accountant Staff position*
The Accountant Staff is responsible to do daily work of the company's finances and administration and ensuring that there is fiscal responsibility within operations.
*Job Responsibilities and Duties*
- Perform as Petty Cash Custodian and Assigned as person who deal with bank transaction
- Handling preparation and execution of payments, maintain claims, receipts, cash advance, calculation of salary and allowances;
- Ensure the payment from client is matched with the contract and invoice;
- Ensure all the payment to vendors and from client are approved by Finance Manager and Director
- Ensure that the financial records are daily input in to MYOB, Maintains the integrity of Accounting system, ensuring it remains operational at all times;
- Ensuring that the financial records are accurate and that every expense is properly documented, including tax document;
- Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled every end of the month and at the end of every financial year;
- Corresponds with Finance Manager regarding any financial decisions that are made;
- Ensure all taxation and legislative requirements are complied with;
- Perform ad hoc duties in purchasing and company expenditures
- Assist the Finance Manager to co-ordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets;
- Indonesian nationality and familiarity with Indonesian taxation.
- Minimum S1/Bachelor Degree and 3 years of professional experience in Finance/ Accounting.
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency, verbal and writing.
- Responsible for the integrity of accounting system. Experience closing monthly accounting books essential.
